Challenge balance and gravity, create sync and confidence, have fun creating shapes with two or more bodies in harmony.
Try ACROBALANCE! In “acrocose” there are two or more people who interact, in a trusted relationship, through the body. One is the porter, the figure that sustains and balances; the other is the agile one that is brought and swirled by the partner. Together they create static or dynamic figures based not so much on strength, but thanks to a game of levers and balance.
This practice allows you to know in more detail your body and the other and to better control your movements in the various unusual positions (for example up side down).
